Daily Flash Menopause Awareness Month and the Lesser-Known Symptoms of Menopause
I have started fasting from 7pm to 10am no chocolate no cakes no treats or snacking whatsoever I love salads anyway so when not fasting I eat healthy. I don’t miss treats at all I just remembered how I was reared my parents were never over weight. This is so easy basically eat fast and let your body burn off the fat and repeat. I have stopped blood pressure tablets and cholesterol tablets and have never felt so good. My clothes all fit now I never weigh myself as clothes tell me if I am not burning the fat. This is the best diet ever as it naturally changes your eating habits and you don’t miss anything at all. Fantastic ❤
💜
The negativity is changing though. It is moving from eating less to eating right! Unfortunately if you are already big eating right doesn’t create miracle all of a sudden
I can't get the link to the podcast to work?

So important to keep on top of your health.
I totally agree!
With only 150 gems if E, it will require 2 capsules a day to benefit for bone improvement?
Can fasting help to shrink fibroids?
The last guy said the opposite, re: yes amazing for dementia, bone fractures, he raved, he did say start within 10 years, so this is the opposite of what he said, I will still get my oestradiol anyway, it was just that I heard people, drs. on utube warning of ovarian cancer!🎉🎉
I find most men doctors know next to nothing and they are not interested in you when you are not a sex bomb! 😂🎉
Nailed ,it is secondary to something else .I was born with hepatitis which was fpund in my first pregnancy then later anemia then post-partum, but then later on low b vitamin basically the symptoms of hypothyroidism insulinn resistance, pmdd i was going throught all that .Now i take med for all of that for hepatitis was mismanaged by my PP who never told me what could happen and what type of diet.Even now i understand about my eye problem is related to that ,i start having blurry vision since high school my first born was 1997..i was in mid of college. Now im 52.
where do you find estriol? Also over the counter?
I smelled fruit for a second but there was none so i was confused
Yes and it’s horrible 😢
I having a cigarette smoke smell everywhere 🥲???
So true
Why don’t they ever mention the poor health of many/most of the women in the study (e.g. obese smokers)?
what is the solution?
I'm 47yrs,I can't sleep and my period stop 2 months ago.is healthy to drink glass of wine. I've been drinking for past 45.i start with glass of wine when my libido drop, but one glass.
Well I guess I'm screwed. I can't take hormones
Take nad
One comment on China and rice. I remember when visiting there, people ate less rice per meal than I certainly did. At home I could easily take down 2 bowls of rice with a meal. However watching cousins or their friends eat in China when I went there, often it was one small bowl of rice. So people were not going overboard.
Thanks
Thank you.
How do you take your 2 drops? Do you take it in an 8 ox glass of water or in a tsp of olive oil?
Aren’t they looking at women in the 60s+. What about younger women?
Thank you
What about stress affecting our hormones
I believe that there are symptoms but scare mongering is turning into a catastrophy.
I do t like when men is lecturing me about vagina 😅
is there part two video for chelation therapy?
Great information. I have hemochromatosis and I couldn't find all the information I needed. This is a very informative and useful for myself and many people like me
My GP is only Treating me for T 4 not T3 but I have asked for the full screen as I have lost 2 stone
What happens it your TSH is out of zinc. Its 7 instead of 4
What would you recommend
I take 150mcg
What can I do I need help
I have it at 32 I need sex to go up
I spelled popcorn
Cranberry juice works incredibly. Nothing to do with hormones and if the persons can avoid meat it would help get read of hot flashes.
Dr. Fung is my Guru.
So what to do?😮
When I was in my twenties, I am now 70, I would have yeast infections and UTI’s fairly often. A older nurses in my gynecologist office told me to stop using soaps with perfume. I switched to Dove unsented or Ivory soap and I have not had a problem in 40 years. I was amazed 😊
A food desert in a big city is where people a stealing too much and businesses give up.
Do men get hot flashes
They aren't as common as with women going through perimenopause and menopause but they can occur.
Sorry dr but women's physiology is incredibly different to men. Especially in the reproductive years. The hormones are numerous include cortisol in the mix and its is an entirely different picture.
This is true and we did interview Dr. Mindy Pelz author of Fast Like A Girl. ua-cam.com/video/iM0eN023bWY/v-deo.html
Thank you! Will watch@@wearemorphus
This lady shouldn’t be the president who couldn’t explain anything scientifically and clearly….even everything is completely vague to her
I almost have all of these symptoms 😢
You're not alone. Some women are blessed with few symptoms and others have many. We feel for you.
The man right. I take. Cranberry tablets and cranberry juice helps
This can definitely help. Just avoid sugary cranberry juice that can feed the bacteria.
@@wearemorphus ok I mostly take tablets
Artificial sweeteners do not affect insulin and blood sugar in healthy people. This would be life-threatening because you would immediately have life-threatening hypoglycemia if your body reacts to something with insulin, which then doesn't affect your blood sugar at all. Or am I wrong? feel free to correct me.
While we aren't doctors we have learned from our research that artificial sweeteners generally do not directly raise blood sugar levels since they are not metabolized like regular sugar. However, there is evidence that some artificial sweeteners may still impact insulin levels and glucose metabolism. We prefer to stick with natural sugars and sweeteners like honey or maple syrup and in moderation because we don't want to have blood sugar spikes.
@@wearemorphus No matter what sources you get glucose and fructose from, the body makes no difference. that's what dr. fung says. unless you eat whole fruits. but syrup and honey is available just as quickly as table sugar
Been practicing Dr. Fungs teachings. Read his book...The Obesity Code, and keep it handy quick reference with notes. A must read for practicing fasters who are looking to change their health and weight loss happens to be the great side effects. I will never go back and will continue this as a lifestyle for my health sake. Only 30 pounds to go for ideal weight and already feel better than I have in 15 years with new energy and strength. Truly grateful. Thank you Dr. Fung. You are saving lives.
We love hearing this. Good for you.
Lol.... WOMEN need an escape goat for thier issues SORRY.
Nice interview. Thank you for this. I'm curious to see that study on women aged 55-70! I hope you cover it in the future if possible!
Great suggestion! We'll see what we can find.
